2009 Season Parking Passes, Tickets and Pit Passes For the 2009 season we will make available Season Tickets that are good to all of the events on the 2009 schedule. These will be reserved seats with your name plate on them available in any grandstand section you would like. They are individual tickets to each event so that in the case of a rainout, the unused tickets may be used at any other equivalent value event the rest of the season. You lose no value for rainouts. RESERVED SEAT SEASON TICKET TO ALL EVENTS ......................................$300 RESERVED SEAT SEASON TICKET TO ALL EVENTS EXCEPT ENDURO...$275 RESERVED DRIVE IN PARKING SPOTS We will again offer reserved drive in viewing spots for the 2009 season. Existing customers will be able to maintain their existing spot as long as they renew it by March 1 2009. New customers may purchase existing open spots immediately. RESERVED DRIVE IN VIEWING SPOTS . ............................................................$175 RESERVED DRIVE IN VIEWING SPOT RENEWAL . ..........................................$150 SEASON PIT PASS Buy a 20 punch season pit pass good to any 20 events during the 2009 season. Any number of crew may use the card on any night or you may use it on 20 individual nights. Anyone using the pass must be a Nascar member. 20 PUNCH SEASON PIT PASS .............................................................................. $400 2009 VIP Suite and Vista Suite Rentals Does your company have a need to entertain clients or employees either for a specific date or on a summer long basis? Motordrome Speedway has an excellent solution for you. Our Checkered Flag Suites or our Sky Box Suites can be utilized as your company headquarters at the race track. Both venues can provide for a multitude of entertainment solutions while providing an up front seat to a great night of Nascar racing action. Following are the basic price structures for these venues, but we can customize them to any requirement you may need. Checkered Flag Suites ..Company to receive 20 tickets with program books and catering from our fine kitchen. Included will be 6 parking passes and Company recognition over the Pa system. TOTAL COST ....................$450 per event 40 Tickets $850 per event Sky Box Suites .Company to receive 8 tickets with program books and complimentary beverages along with waitress service to our concession stand. Included will be 2 parking passes and Company recognition over the PA system. TOTAL COST . $2000 for the full season $200 per event 2009 Signage and Advertising BILLBOARDS 8' x 16' signboards surrounding the outside of turns 1 and 2 either side of the electronic scoreboard TOTAL COST .................................$2000 for 1 year $1600 for 2 years $1200 for 3 years FRONTSTRETCH WALL ADS 3 x 8 sign boards mounted along the top of the front straight inner crash wall in plain view of the grandstands. TOTAL COST ............................... $600 PROGRAM BOOK ADS Black and white ads in our weekly race program that includes prior weeks race recap, pictures, and seasonal point standings. TOTAL COST .......................... ..$400 full page $250 half page $175 quarter page COMBO DEAL .. Full page program ad and a front stretch wall sign. Save $200.
